Patrice LEHMANN

Patrice Lehmann has been immersed in silane chemistry since 1990 when he began to use them in various applications: hot melt adhesives, water-based formulations, foundry resins, glass fiber, engine coolants, pipes, wire and cable. Then he specialized his developments in the use of silanes for adhesives and sealants; this is when he developed the polymers called SPUR, standing for silylated PolyURethanes.To understand the advantages of this technology, he also developed different formulations to reach a broad range of mechanical properties and studied all the ingredients that can be used in such recipes and the impact of them.

Since 2010, he is busy as technical service consultant to explain users how to get the most of this technology.
