Mariagrazia Barbagallo holds a Master Science degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology and a second-level Master in Cosmetic Science. She is experienced cosmetic industry professional, It's almost 10 years she is engaged in cosmetic industry and contributed in many important roles in leading companies. She started in a company that produces natural-derived active ingredients and where she acquired a wide knowledge of the R&D steps that, from the concept, bring the cosmetic ingredient on the market. She is highly skilled in formulation, especially green and sustainable ones. She is also experienced in technical, scientific and marketing support to customers and distributors.

She has expertise in designing protocols for cosmetic claims substantiation, working closely with Universities and Research centers. She currently works as a consultant for cosmetic and personal care companies, providing technical, scientific, regulatory and marketing support.
